An Interview Feature with EdgeProp Singapore on LGBTQ+ housing issues.

I am very honoured and humbled to be interviewed by EdgeProp Singapore recently in a personality feature to share about a topic that is very closed to my heart – the LGBTQ+ and their housing challenges in Singapore.

Since joining the real estate industry, I have constantly been thinking about passing my knowledge to the LGBTQ+ community as a way to contribute to this very under-served community. I had the privilege to serve many gay clients who become friends along the way.

I started putting a lot of my ideas and thoughts into a blog during the Circuit Breaker period and started an LGBTQ+ Property Facebook Page for the community. I was really surprised that my work was quickly noticed and started appearing on search result pages and soon approached by an writer at EdgeProp for the following interview.

I hope that this will kickstart a lot more projects ahead for me to work on this subjects. Already in the pipeline is to launch a property & financial advisory group named PRIDENT in September, and made a series of talks and social media content to continue the education on the topic.
